If you are staying for more than one night, we clean your room on request rather than automatically every day. We also change your towels on request. Information provided at the hotel encourages mindful use of water and energy.

Dispensers in guest bathrooms help reduce packaging waste. Behind the scenes, we separate waste and check our stock regularly to avoid unnecessary consumption and food waste.

We encourage our team and guests to use energy responsibly. We are progressively introducing a more systematic approach to recording and analyzing energy and consumption data to identify opportunities for savings and develop further measures.

Local products & mindful purchasing

At breakfast, we serve local products, including fruit preserves from the region. We work with regional and nearby suppliers wherever this is practical and possible.

When choosing products and suppliers, we consider their regional origin and sustainability. We aim to make greater use of local offerings and partnerships in the future.

Going digital to reduce paper use

Digital processes support our reception and reservations teams. We provide guest information, recommendations and practical tips digitally instead of producing extensive printed materials. We also reduce unnecessary printing in our day-to-day operations.

Our team & working together

Sustainability is part of the onboarding process for new employees. Our team receives regular information and training on sustainable practices in everyday hotel operations.

Different departments help develop our sustainability measures. Employees are encouraged to contribute their own ideas and suggestions for improvement.
